Volunteer Information
Mercy is seeking volunteers! The planning for the 2012 St. John's Mercy Heart to Heart Fair at West County Center
is well underway and our generous and amazing volunteers are an important key to its success,
we are in search of anyone and everyone to help with the multiple areas and responsibilities it takes to provide an
excellent event for the community!
We need volunteers to help with the following tasks:
Registration
Line Flow
Volunteer Check-In
Gift Bag hand out
Runners
Stage Assistance
*Lunch will be provided for volunteers
Please register to Volunteer and select from one of the time slots, also be check email closer to event for more details
and information regarding the event. There will also be volunteer meetings the week of the event and prior to your shift to

Mercy Heart to Heart Fair Event Information

West County Center – Macy’s Court
Parking: Park at Macy's or in the Ballas Garage
The event includes:
• Free heart disease screenings with on the spot results and personalized counseling from a Mercy clinican. (There is no need to fast before your screening.)
• Get tips on fitness, nutrition and stress-reduction at our Entertainment Stage
• Interactive exhibits, product samplings, free giveaways
• Lifestyle, nutrition and fitness activities, and more!
